Today was a beautiful day! The weather was above 40 degrees so it might as well have been summertime after this horrid Winter season! I've always wanted to pull off the "edgy-feminine" look and I think did today! (And the sun in my eye helped me look tough lol!)
My leather jacket from Gap brought most of the edge, along with "Cyber" from MAC Cosmetics on my lips. Under the jacket I wore a printed dress and high-waist pencil skirt from H&M. Did she just say dress? Yes I did! Here's another one of my best kept secrets! The dress was made of a really thin polyester, so it was really easy to tuck it into the skirt without any fabric bunching. THIS IS HOW YOU ADD TO THE LIFE-SPAN OF YOUR CLOTHES! Of course this wont work with all of your garments, but how many of us look at some of our dresses and think "I wish this was a shirt!"? I cant afford to shop every week, but I make what I have work all the time. On my feet were my metallic alligator pointed pumps from Steve Madden.
