Happy Birthday!

It's my birthday!! Over the weekend I celebrated my 23rd birthday with my friends and family and it was all I ever wanted out of a birthday! Because I'm me, I wanted to seize the weekend and make sure I dressed like it was my birthday. No dress-down days allowed! Saturday I attended the IAMARTNYC exhibit in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. I saw this beautiful Muhammad Ali painting in person which made my birthday all the more amazing.

 I wore a thrifted Tommy Hilfiger sweater, with a thrifted Ann Taylor wrap skirt, Gap leather jacket, with by new zip-up boots from Zara. Birthday fit' cost less than $20! (minus the shoes, you can purchase these babies here).

The following day I went to dinner in a tweed V-neck jumpsuit from Zara, my go-to Steve Madden pumps. This outfit would be nothing without the accessories. My head-wrap by FamnDjamn literally made people stop and stare. My silver choker was originally a two-tier necklace, but it thought it was time for a make-over. I wore my long wool coat for dramatics and voila, birthday slayage in 1,2,3!

Thank you for all the well-wishes and blessings given to me on my birthday. It was a memorable one!
